We are members of numerous local organizations including HBRMV, NYSBA, NAHB, Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce, Rome Chamber of Commerce, Clinton Chamber of Commerce. We continue to demonstrate a strong commitment to our tenants and community.
Did you know? 93% of our present units have no common space in each residents building. Residents go into their own dwelling units with social distancing at a maxium. Our tenants come first and we strive to provide our tenants with a safe and healthy living experience.
